Trek
Two OMG moments. First, when I open the box and unwrapped it. It's beautiful. Second, when I went paddling. I was very stable on the Trek and for the very first time felt like paddling was easy. I couldn't believe it. I'm now able to keep up with my girlfriends and having a great time. Thanks Stand on Liquid team. I bet I talked to most of you!
Trek Demo
Demo'ed the Trek last week on the Deschutes river near the Stand on Liquid store. BTW the store's name is Latitude 44 Sports. Compared it to three other boards, but the Trek was my decision. Really not sure why exactly but if felt fast and I was comfortable on it from the start. The Pau Hana Minisport was a close second and similar. I think anyone 100 to 140 pounds would be happy with either. The nose shape of the Trek did better in choppy water and had very little slap. If you have a chance to demo their paddle boards, do it!
Surprisingly awesome
I didn't expect this board to track and glide as well as it does. I had the chance to demo this board prior to purchasing and after about 15 minutes on the water I knew that the Trek was going to be my next SUP. I have had this board for about a month now and am still as happy with it as the the first time I took it out for a test paddle. If you are looking for a shorter touring board the Stand on Liquid Trek is a board to consider.
Fast, smooth, and glides
I just purchased my Trek board and took it out immediately. It is very stable and glides through the water with ease. It is fast, smooth, and agile, even when the wind kicked up and it got a little choppy, it cut right through with no bouncing. I absolutely love this board!!! Thank you to the staff at Latitude 44 for all your great advice and service.
